Apply directly to a role posted on our website. Don’t see the right job? If you have a proven track record of success in any of the industries we serve, upload your resume to be part of the Rockstar talent pool.
2. THE TUNING
If you're a fit a Talent Partner will invite you by email to participate in a "Solo" performance and personality assessment. If you're not a fit for the criteria outlined by our client you'll still hear from us! No one likes to be left in the dark!
3. THE SOLO
We use recorded video interviews to help you shine. You can tell your story anywhere, anytime. We provide tips to help you put your best foot forward and navigate the interviewing process with confidence.
4. THE MIC DROP
If you are a top 5 candidate, we present your profile to the client and the interview process begins. We support you with prep calls, feedback, and any support that you would find useful.
5. THE ENCORE
Once you sign your offer we like to follow up with you at 1, 3, and 12 months post-hire. That's just how we roll!
