1. THE GIG
We do a deep dive to understand how you define success in the role, uncovering details about culture and your company's unique selling points
4. THE SOLO
Top candidates are invited to participate in a recorded video interview and complete an assessment which is shared with the client
2. THE STAGE
We set the stage by focusing on your definition of success, create a performance-based job description, and publish it on relevant online channels
5. THE MIC DROP
We present the top 3 candidates and the interview process begins. We support clients with feedback and interview arrangements
3. THE TUNING
We use a mix of tools and channels to identify the right talent and kick off the search process.
6. THE ENCORE
Once the candidate has signed their offer we conduct an employee follow up at 1, 3, and 12 months post-hire
